We have a 30-day return policy. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, click here to find your order and request the item(s) for return. Our team may take up to 24 hours to approve returns, and a prepaid return label will be emailed to you shortly after. Once your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Please place a separate order for the item you wish to receive in exchange and return the original order for a refund. All returns requested that fall within our policy are issued a prepaid return label.


As soon as your return is received by our warehouse, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment. If you do not receive a refund 7 days after shipping back your return, please contact us and we will make sure to issue a full refund.
