imagikids gladly accepts any product for return or exchange, provided that it is returned in its unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition within 30 days of the date the order was received.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, within four days of receipt and processing of the return. Please allow up to three weeks for this credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

For your convenience, all orders placed between 11/30/21 - 12/30/21 are eligible for 45-day free returns.
RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE. Please contact customer service @support@imagikids.com to authorize your return with a prepaid shipping label.
For exchanges, please first inquire about the availability of an item. If the exchange item is for a greater value, you will need to pay the difference, and if for lesser value, the difference will be credited to your original payment method.
