We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, click here to find your order and request the item(s) for return. Our team will review within 24 hours to approve, and a prepaid return label will be emailed to you shortly after. Once your return is received to our warehouse, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Please place a separate order for the item you wish to receive in exchange and return the original order for a refund. All returns requested that fall within our policy are issued a prepaid return label.
As soon as your return is received by our warehouse, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment. If you do not receive a refund 7 days after shipping back your return, please contact us and we will make sure to issue a full refund.
